Coulomb blockade thermometer measurements

Together with the University of St Andrews, Al/Al₂O₃ tunnel-junction devices were measured using the TeslatronPT Plus Measurement System, demonstrating Coulomb blockade thermometry at temperatures down to 1.5 K and magnetic fields up to 12 T. The results highlight the system's temperature and field stability and capability for sensitive, low-noise electrical measurements in demanding cryogenic and high-field environments.

Characterisation of the superconducting properties of NbN and TiN thin films

Low threshold field-effect-transistors for low power cryogenic electronics
